Plans and reports

The mission, vision, values and strategic objectives, their expected indicators and timeframes are set out in the Strategic Plan of SKVC. The objectives set out there are the main criteria for drawing up the annual work plans. The activities and results foreseen in the strategy are translated into annual work plans, with specific identification of the responsible persons and sources of funding, as well as annual performance targets for staff, internal monitoring (quarterly, annual), audits and analysis of internal processes for improvement, and accountability to the Council, the Founder (The Ministry of Education, Science and Sport) and the public.
