The project „Asmens įgytų kompetencijų pripažinimo ir vertinimo galimybių plėtra (PRI(SI)PAŽINK)“ (Development of Opportunities for the Recognition and Assessment of Acquired Competences –  Get Recognised), No. 10-027-P-0001, aims to enable the provision of formal, non-formal and informal learning recognition services that support flexible transitions between different levels of education. SKVC contributes to the implementation of one of the project activities dedicated to developing a micro-credential system model covering both vocational education and higher education.

To ensure that micro-credentials effectively complement the qualifications currently offered in Lithuania and become an integral part of the education system, it is necessary to establish a unified approach to micro-credentials and the elements essential for their effectiveness, quality, flexibility, transparency, and recognition. To achieve this goal, the project will develop and formalise a micro-credential system model. To cover all levels of micro-credential provision, this activity will be implemented in cooperation with the project coordinating institution – the Qualifications and Vocational Education and Training Development Centre.
