A higher education institution may appeal the conclusions of the Centre for Quality Assessment in Higher Education to the Appeal Commission established by the Centre for Quality Assessment in Higher Education within 7 working days. The Centre for Quality Assessment in Higher Education must inform the Ministry of Education, Science and Sports within 2 working days of receiving the appeal.

If no appeal is filed within 10 working days, the Centre for Quality Assessment in Higher Education forwards its conclusions to the Ministry of Education, Science and Sports within 2 working days.

The Appeals Commission reviews the case and issues a decision within 22 working days.

If the appeal is denied, the Centre for Quality Assessment in Higher Education submits its final conclusions to the Ministry of Education, Science and Sports.

If the appeal is granted, the Centre for Quality Assessment in Higher Education reevaluates the application and issues final conclusions within 22 working days, forwarding them to the Ministry of Education, Science and Sports and the institution.
